missing minibar uncomfortable bed
The location suited my travel needs well.
The room lacked expected amenities like a minibar and the promised welcome champagne was absent. I received a bottle of Prosecco as compensation, but it was not available upon arrival (it was warm by the time I could drink it). The bed was also uncomfortable.

the bed was large and it had comfort. nothin special but nothin hurtin.
the shower door, i'm tellin ya, it didn't want to shut all the way. i had to wedge it with the soap dish, can you believe it? talk about inconvenient.

complete illumination quiet room it support
the lights allowed for complete illumination or specific task lighting. the room offered quietness from both outside and inside noises. tamang offered great assistance with both managerial tasks and it support for document handling (i especially appreciated this).

guided tour chocolate cookies
I found complimentary chocolate and cookies available at reception. the hotel has many references to its history as a magistrates court and prison. I asked a staff member for a tour. i noticed handcuffs on the chandelier in the entrance lobby.
I experienced an issue, it was that housekeeping was not done when i returned around 6pm to rest before going out again. This is unacceptable given the price i paid.

the desk staff seemed very cute, polite, and professional. i observed the staff to be friendly, totally professional, and cute. they got me into a room early, which i appreciated. the reception staff seemed very helpful.

decent location, but some issues
tower bridge hotel location bottled water amazing toiletries bed request misinformation room availability
the hotel is near tower bridge. it is a short walk to both london bridge and tower hill underground stations. complimentary bottled water was available with two bottles per night. the in-room toiletries smelled amazing.
the front desk did not note my bed request in the system. another agent misinformed me about king size beds becoming available. my request for a different room was denied despite availability online.
